DESCRIPTION:Communities need leaders who not only understand the future\, but also help create it.  Leadership Northfield enables candidates to learn about Northfield's resources\, strengths\, and opportunities.  Leadership Northfield is a nine-month program that begins in September and ends with graduation in May.  Classes are held the fourth Thursday of each month from 8:30am - 12:00pm.  Each session provides an in-depth look at nine key elements of our community: education\, economic development\, government\, healthcare\, public safety\, technology\, communications\, community culture and diversity.
