Or would you like to be more proactive in your job? New this year\, the Chamber will be holding HR Networking sessions on a quarterly basis. These sessions are open to all Chamber Members.\n\n \n\nJoin us on Tuesday\, April 29th\, over the lunch hour to hear from Brenna Ramy\, Senior Manager in the HR and Payroll Advisory group at Abdo Solutions\, as she shares:\n\n\n How to support your employees in tough situations\,\n How to have difficult conversations\, and\n How you can be proactive in solving challenges before they grow. \n\n\n \n\nThis session starts at 12 noon sharp\, so come early to order your own lunch and enjoy it during this presentation. \n\n \n\nRegistration is needed for this informational session. If you have any questions\, please contact our Chamber Office at 507-645-5604.\n\n\n\nBrenna joined the Firm in 2019 and is a Senior Manager. She has experience in organization development and working with leaders to determine the most effective employment model to meet business needs and strategic direction. She has over 20 years of Human Resources experience in the industries of hospitality\, retail\, multifamily housing\, and consulting. She has worked in a variety of organizations in size ranging from less than 20 to over 300\,000 employees. Brenna believes in finding practical solutions to HR needs and determining where the best place to spend time is. Brenna brings energy to every meeting\, training and event she participates in. She is most at home connecting with owners\, leaders\, employers\, civil servants and volunteers in meaningful ways that help them achieve whatever success they're looking for. Brenna has created and presented dozens of webinars\, podcasts and trainings over the last 20 years and loves connecting with groups in that way.\n\n \n\n \n\nOur next HR Networking session will be May 14th on Minnesota's Paid Leave. This is being presented by the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and MN DEED. This session is open to the public.
