Communications, Marketing & Grants Manager

Position Summary

Our Community Foundation, Northfield Shares is seeking a high-caliber Communications, Marketing & Grants Manager to help educate the Northfield community about partnering with our Community Foundation on fundraising and fund development, and the full grant-making process—managing and overseeing all stages – to ensure resources effectively support community needs and advance long-term philanthropic growth.

This professional, part-time role serves as a key partner to the Executive Director and will be responsible for the organization’s granting process and procedures, and for developing and executing a marketing strategy to educate, engage and ultimately assist the organization’s efforts to grow endowment funds under management.  The role will support the Executive Director in internal system support as well as annual fundraising efforts and other projects as assigned.
