After many years as a Minnesota Nursery & Landscape Association Certified Professional, Knecht’s team member, Heidi Brosseau, has been recognized as an industry leader and presented with the title of MNLA Certified Professional Fellow. This prestigious title requires a minimum of 20 years of continued education and active involvement in the green industry.

Heidi spent many years as a key player on Knecht’s retail team. She was a strong leader and maintained high professional standards with quality product and service. Her days were spent caring for Knecht’s plant inventory, learning cultural preferences and other details about several hundred varieties of perennials, shrubs and trees. She assisted customers with their landscape challenges.  Her vast knowledge demonstrates her deep passion for plants and landscaping.

For the past few years, Heidi has utilized her expansive experience and knowledge and transitioned to a landscape designer. She spends much of her time with clients in their outdoor spaces designing a landscape to meet the goals and lifestyles of each homeowner. 

Heidi’s devotion to the green industry extends beyond her employment at Knecht’s. As a devoted community member, you can also find her leading a presentation for the local garden club, building a pollinator garden with her Girls Scout troop, or donating and planting trees at a local athletic field.

Heidi is always willing to help and her generosity is boundless. We feel blessed to have her as a part of the Knecht’s team as well as a member of our community. The next time you see her, please congratulate her as her title is hard earned and well deserved.
