Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional HVAC services to our customers. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC field, a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the desire to maximize their earnings through performance-based pay options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Install new HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service technician experience.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Basic hand tools required.

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
