Aldrich Technology is now hiring Computer Technicians for our downtown Northfield office.
If you love solving problems, have a knack for technology, and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide hands-on IT support for desktops and laptops
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
• Perform system upgrades, installations, and maintenance
• Assist with client support both on-site and remotely
• Keep detailed records of work and communicate clearly with clients
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with Windows and/or Mac environments
• Familiarity with networking, printers, and common office technology
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, team-first attitude
