The Hide Away Coffeehouse And Winebar in Northfield, MN is looking for one barista to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 421 Division St S. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. This is a fun, busy coffeehouse that was featured in a Hallmark movie!!
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Make and serve all of our food items. This includes prepping from scratch food and serving the customer.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Must be available to work through the summer
