Paisley Gardens is looking for friendly, energetic team members to help our customers find the perfect Christmas Tree and make their holiday shopping experience magical. If you enjoy being outdoors, love the scent of evergreens and can spread a little holiday spirit, this job is for you!
Responsibilities: Greet customers with a warm, festive attitude. Assist customers in selecting and loading fresh Christmas trees, patio pots, wreaths, garland, etc. Trim tree bases and secure them safely to vehicles (training provided). Maintain an organized, tidy and photo-worthy tree lot. Help with snow removal if needed. Provide information about tree varieties and care tips. Restock trees, greenery, etc when needed. Assist with checkout as needed.
Qualifications: Friendly, reliable and customer service orientated. Able to work outdoors in winter weather. Must be able to lift 30-50lbs and stand for long periods of time. Comfortable using basic tools including a chain saw. Retail or garden center experience a plus but holiday spirit a must!
