With over 30 years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market, Susan Jackson brings unmatched expertise and a deep love for the Northfield area, where she’s called home for more than two decades. She’s not just a Realtor—she’s a mentor, guiding Sales Executives across Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin to reach their full potential while building strong, successful teams.

Certified as a Homebuyer Educator through the Minnesota Home Ownership Center and NeighborWorks, and holding a B.A. in Marketing Management from Concordia University, Susan combines industry knowledge with a passion for empowering others. Her background in community development with the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation and Minnesota Housing Finance Agency gives her a unique perspective on housing and homeownership.

A leader both on and off the field, Susan actively volunteers on boards and committees with the National Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors, and local Realtor associations—shaping the industry while helping clients and colleagues succeed.
