Key Responsibilities

Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines

Help implement developmentally appropriate lessons and play-based learning

Build positive, nurturing relationships with children

Assist with observing and documenting children’s progress

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom

Communicate positively with families and staff

Follow licensing guidelines and program policies
Qualifications
-
Experience working with young children preferred
-
Coursework or interest in Early Childhood Education a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about working with preschoolers
-
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
