Position Summary
The Preschool Lead Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering positive relationships with children and families, and ensuring a safe, supportive classroom environment. Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent credentials per MN licensing requirements)

Current Teacher Certification or willingness to obtain required credentials

Experience working with preschool-age children

Strong communication and classroom-management skills
